Sacreo SMP is a semi vanilla server where the whole point is to chill and make friends while you play Minecraft.
The server is set up so both Java and Bedrock players can play together. There is also a proximity voice chat mod so you can talk to people who are near you in game which makes it feel more like you are all actually hanging out.
The main goals on Sacreo SMP are pretty simple. You build cool stuff. You grind the game. You just hang out with other players and get to know them.
To join you need to do a quick interview. You can either talk in voice chat or write why you should join. This is done so the community stays friendly and everyone wants to be there.
If you want a place to play survival and actually talk to people and make friends then this server is made for that.

Near Vanilla is a semi vanilla SMP that has been running for about eight years and it feels like a really close community. People here like to build explore collect stuff and just hang out together. There are big group projects player competitions and a busy shopping district so it never feels empty.
The server is community driven and players talk a lot on Discord about serious things and silly stuff too. When big changes are coming they listen to what the players think and talk it out first. Suggestions are welcome and the staff team is active so problems and bad behavior get handled fast.
Play styles are pretty open. Some players like to go off on their own and build far away. Others like to work in groups and join community builds. There is a DynMap you can view in your browser so you can see the world and find biomes or check how close you are to other players.
This server is 18 plus only and they expect people to be mature and respectful. There is a zero tolerance policy for hacking glitching or duping and doing that is a permanent ban. Griefing stealing bullying insults discrimination prejudice and toxic behavior are not allowed. Chat is moderated and Mojang chat reporting is turned off because of the plugins.
Right now the server is on Season 7 on hard difficulty and it looks like a good place if you want a long term world and a chill but serious survival experience with other adults.
