Lounge SMP is a cozy semi vanilla survival server on 1.21.11 and it lets both Java and Bedrock players play together.
It has jobs so you can get paid while you mine cook or go out hunting mobs and you can earn points and xp too.
There is also a GUI shop where you can buy and sell items and try to become the richest player on the server.
Players can set warps so you can visit community builds towns and other cool places. There is a custom claim system with a bunch of settings and even claim fly.
You can earn crates in game for extra rewards and the community is described as super kind chill and supportive.
