I found a whitelist Minecraft server that is looking for builders and soldiers.
You are supposed to follow orders and work with the group.
If you end up being really good and fun to play with you can earn full access. There is an application form to join.
Project Silent Tide is a Minecraft server built around the Arkon Empire idea. You can join as a builder or as a soldier and play your part in the group.
It is whitelist required so you need to get approved before you can really play. The server is for Java and Bedrock so more people can join.
You start out proving yourself then you can rise up to full membership. It feels like a place where roles matter and you earn your spot.
This server is called Blockyard SMP and it is starting Season 2 with a full reset so everyone gets a fresh start. It is still mostly vanilla with no gameplay changing mods so it feels like regular Minecraft.
The cool part is the kingdom system. Everyone joins a team that acts like a guild and each team controls its own district in the main kingdom area. You work with your team to build and organize your part of the world.
There are different teams with different jobs. Explorers handle the nether hub nether highways roads outside the kingdom and finding structures like the End portal and ocean monuments. Architects build spawn shared buildings landmarks and the roads and paths inside the kingdom. Enchanters take care of all enchantments potions and organizing boss fights. Engineers make the farms redstone stuff and useful machines like storage and super smelters.
Projects have some rules so progression stays balanced. Small personal builds are allowed even in another team area if you get that team to approve it with a contract. Bigger builds and anything for the kingdom or server has to go through the right team and be team focused. Personal builds do not give points to the team.
Overall it feels like a cooperative SMP where everyone has a role and the server wants people who like working together on long term builds and shared projects.
