Mythvale is a new Java server that is launching soon and it is all about town wars that actually have structure.
I found that it is not trying to be random raiding chaos. Wars follow rules and you do not lose your land forever. Towns fight for money influence and dominance through SiegeWar. It also says there is no offline land loss so builders are not punished for having a life.
The map is custom built terrain and the world is meant to be permanent. They plan to expand later by adding new continents over time.
It has Towny claiming SiegeWar with scheduled and open conflicts a player driven shop economy balanced progression and vanilla combat with a simple beast kit. They are also looking for founding towns war leaders staff members and long term players from day one.

This is a small Minecraft server that is all about the Create mod and its addons. It feels pretty cozy but it also has a war theme where people play as different fictional nations.
The server is hosted on paid hardware so it runs stable with no lag from what I could see. It even allows cracked versions so more people can try it out and join the world.
Most players talk with in game voice chat and there is Discord too if you really need it. The main idea is to build together do experiments with Create and use crazy machines in battles with tanks planes and nukes.
The community is international. There are already Russian players and English speakers are welcome too. It is not about real countries fighting. It is more like made up nations with diplomacy alliances and epic wars.
