I found a server called NSYT SMP and it is a modded Java only survival server. It is based in NA East and it is 18 plus and LGBTQ plus friendly.
This server is built around content creators so a lot of people will be streaming or recording. You do not have to make content but you should expect to be on camera sometimes.
It has a big modpack with around 160 mods. Some of the mods mentioned are Create Supplementaries and proximity voice chat plus a status mod.
They are getting ready for Season 2 and they want people who will stick around and be part of the community for a long time. The start date for the new season is February 27th 2026 and you apply with a form.
