VanillaSMP is a survival server for people who want the real vanilla game. It runs on the normal minecraft server jar with no plugins and no datapacks. It is not trying to be semi vanilla or fancy.
The spawn is simple and there is not a big wall of info to read. You are expected to handle your own social problems with other players. You can play how you want and build what you want. Technical players are welcome too.
The server stays on the latest stable vanilla jar and it is self hosted on a purpose built machine. There is no tp and no sethome so travel and choices actually matter.
