I found a server called 99b99t and it is a fresh anarchy world where anything goes. There are no rules and no limits so players can fight raid and grief if they want.
It runs 24 7 and it is set to Hard difficulty. It is Java and it supports versions from 1.12.2 to 1.21.11.
The whole point is surviving in pure chaos and trying to make your mark before someone else does.
