Anarchy is present on the StopCraft/Anarchy subproject, where you cannot use commands to private a territory – private spaces are created by installing special blocks. There is donation, but it is balanced. Some donors have private worlds. Of course, there are almost no rules and griefing is allowed. Wiping is carried out rarely, no more than once a year, and personal worlds are not subject to wipe at all.
The FreezeCraft subproject is a classic server with survival and donation. There is a clear system of rules. FreezeCraft is the easiest for a beginner player with the lowest donation prices.
