Dogecraft is a survival server that has been around since 2018 and it is made for people who want to enjoy the game and also the people they play with. The main rule is no grief so your builds are meant to stay forever and you can just relax and play.
The server is hard difficulty survival so it is not super easy. There are jobs you can do to earn money and there are ranks you can work toward. Players can set up their own shops and trade with each other so the economy is built by the community.
There are a lot of custom features like custom items custom crafting and extreme fishing so it does not feel like plain vanilla. You can claim land and set up residences and it has a towny like experience so you can live near other players and make towns together.
Dogecraft also has dungeons events and PvE with player duels for people who like to fight in a fair way. There is furniture and cosmetics so you can decorate and look different but the server says it is no P2W so it is not about buying power.
From what I see the staff seem friendly and the community is welcoming. The server is built for people who want long term builds fun survival and a place to hang out without worrying about griefers.

HollowSMP Season 2 is a Survival Plus world that feels like normal Minecraft but with some quality of life boosts. It keeps a vanilla core so it does not feel super modded but it is smoother and safer to play.
The server runs on Java 1.21.10 and it also lets Bedrock players join so friends on different platforms can still play together. There is built in proximity voice chat so you can actually talk to people who are near you in game which makes it feel more like a real world.
Spawn is protected and has healing and feeding so you do not get insta killed when you first log in. There is anti grief and anti cheat so random people cannot just ruin your stuff. There are tools like a tab menu leaderboards and moderation features so staff can keep things under control.
This season has a brand new world and The End has not been explored yet. There is a dragon event planned for one week after launch and more community events are supposed to happen after that. The server is not pay to win so you do not have to spend money to keep up.
Staff is active and the community feels pretty chill so it is a good place if you want a Survival Plus server that you can stay on for a while and get ready before the End opens.

This server is called Utopellite Echoes Eternity and it is a small friendly public SMP run by a few friends. It is open for anyone who wants a relaxed place to play.
The main thing I noticed is the claim system. You can protect your builds and your stuff from mobs and from other players. There is also a home system so you can always get back to your claim and not lose where you live.
The server has an economy with chest shops warps and jobs. You can earn money and set up your own shop. There are also crates that you can open with vote keys or by getting one of the five ranks on the server.
There are clear rules that everyone has to follow. The staff uses these rules to keep the server safe and fun so people do not ruin the game for others.
There are two main worlds. One is the survival world where you can explore mine build craft and make shops and do normal survival stuff. The other is a PvP world where you can go if you want to duel other players.
The server supports multiple versions with ViaVersion and the main version they mention is 1.21.10. They say you can still join from other versions but there might be a few tiny bugs or missing textures and they are fixing a malfunction with that right now.
