I found a server called Anarchy Unbound and it is a true anything goes survival world. There are no rules and there are no bans. Staff does not step in to save you. If you get raided or griefed that is just how it works.
The world is huge with a 1000000 by 1000000 border so you can run far away and try to vanish or stay near spawn and fight everyone. The map does not reset so every base and crater stays as server history.
Duping can exist here but you have to figure it out yourself. Nobody hands you steps or promises it will work. People keep secrets because information is power in this kind of place.
It feels like pure anarchy with raiding betrayal alliances and total destruction. You join knowing nothing is protected and whatever happens is made by players.

The gameplay is near vanilla and it avoids weird commands so there is no tpa and no home. It also has a separate authentication server. There is anti cheat like 2b2t and it blocks stuff like Flight ElytraFly Timer and other movement advantages even though some bypasses can happen.
There are two dupes people can use right now which are an item frame dupe and a donkey dupe for 1.15.2. Printers also work if you use Litematica. I found LegacyMC and it is a raw vanilla anarchy server. It is just survival with no rules and no gameplay changing plugins.
