It is an anarchy style place where griefing killing and scamming are allowed. People can betray you fast so you really have to play smart and trust nobody.
The world is huge with a 300000 by 300000 overworld border and a 50000 by 50000 End border. That makes it easier to run far away but still run into players.
They want more classic sword and bow fights so end crystals and respawn anchors for PvP are not allowed. Cheating hacking and exploits are not allowed either so it stays fair.

Runeveil is a vanilla based anarchy survival server where you just get dropped in and figure it out. There are no land claims and no protection so bases can get found and wrecked if you are not careful.
The main idea is to survive and build huge bases then make powerful farms and get Veil currency. Redstone matters a lot here because big farms turn into long term power and hidden bases help you stay alive.
Spawn at 0,0 is the most dangerous spot and that is also where a lot of the best events and rewards happen. There are global events like Relic Chests Fishing Wars and Hunts that can give currency points and rare God Items. God Items push the PvP and if you get a lot of points you get status and people will come for you.
