It stays close to vanilla and runs on Fabric so redstone and farms should act like singleplayer. There are no land claims but griefing and theft are not allowed and you can use ledger inspect to check what happened.
There is a nice spawn and a diamond shopping district plus nether ice boat highways for fast travel. You can also view the world with Bluemap. There are no ranks and no donation perks and phantoms can be toggled on or off for each player. BlazeandCave advancements are added for extra goals.
