Horizon’s End features a custom, high-quality map, offering a world of possibilities for you and your teammates to explore, settle, harvest resources, and stake claims. With 18 hand-crafted planets, ranging from craggy desert planets to verdant ocean worlds, there’s something for everyone! Fly your starship up past the world height, enter space, and reach any planet the game has to offer.
Land claims: settlements, nations, space stations!
Stake your claim with Horizon’s End’s custom, advanced land management system. Every planet on Horizon’s End is divided into a finite number of hand-drawn territories – and they’re yours for the taking!
- Need land for your projects? Join a settlement to have land all to yourself and your friends – build a city, a farm, an industrial complex, or anything your heart desires!
- Want to be part of something bigger? Have your settlement join a nation to be part of a collective of multiple settlements united in common purpose, with shared chat and land access!
- Need some room for a new project? Claim a nation outpost on any planet in the game to gain territory under the direct control of your nation.
- Want a place to call your own? Create a settlement zone within your settlement, where you can restrict access to only a limited selection of players, or even just one!
- Too cool to live on a planet? Claim a space station for yourself, your settlement, or your nation, and live your life on the final frontier!
Choose your path – the possibilities are endless!
Horizon’s End is an open-ended game – nobody can tell you what to do but yourself! Build a city with your friends, become a titan of industry, skill up at starship combat, haul cargo across the map for money, go rogue, or do anything else you can imagine – the world is yours.

- Engage in geopolitics, form allies, and outmaneuver your enemies!

- Construct industrial farms to produce crops and building materials!
- Hunt NPC starships and loot their shipwrecks for valuable materials!
- Skill up at starship combat and defend your allies from space piracy – or become the pirate yourself!
- Build a city with a team – if your city becomes large enough, it may become a server-recognized trade city!
