You can get to hell through a portal, if you can build one.
You can get to the End by finding a portal within the boundaries of the accessible world.
Victory in the season
You can get to the end by finding a portal hidden in a limited world. Using the portal you can get to the end and kill the end dragon. The first player to kill the end dragon or get its egg (Provided that he takes a screenshot and posts it in the #screenshots-from-players channel. If he kills or gets an egg, but does not post a screenshot, the winner of the season will be left without the listed rewards.) , will receive his own and only private on the server in 10x10x10 blocks next season.
