This server is called MinecraftOffline and it is all about lifesteal survival with PvP.
When you kill other players you gain hearts and when you die you lose hearts. If you lose all your hearts you get banned. New players get a one hour grace period so they do not lose hearts right away.
There are simple home and teleport commands so you can set a home and teleport to friends. You can send tpa requests and accept them which makes it easier to play together.
The server is really strict about combat logging. If you log out in a fight an NPC appears and other players can kill it and take your stuff. You also cannot use commands in PvP.
There is an in game store where you can spend vote tokens on custom name colors and custom MOTDs. The server also tracks your playtime kills and deaths and gives rewards at milestones.
They have some protection against crazy speed cheats and strong chat spam so it is not total chaos but it still feels like a rough competitive server.
Players can vote to skip the night by typing goodnight which is nice when nobody wants to fight monsters all night.
