The World of Helios is a modpack/server that uses both mods and plugins to maximize the potential Minecraft has to offer. Using a roleplay-based Age Progression system, each Age changes gameplay style, technology, and environment, but with a “soft reset” system so players don’t lose all their progress. Currently set in the 16th century, players can advance through different Ages by influencing future developments through choices and suggestions.

The goal of the server is to foster player engagement by allowing players to build towns or nations, manage resources, form governments, face challenges posed by deities, or simply relax.
