This server is called Banana SMP and it is all about teams.
From what I can tell it is a lifesteal style server so when you fight other players it really matters. The owner also said lifesteal might get removed later so the server could change based on what players like.
The whole thing feels like a place where teams can form and battle and just see what happens. It is not super over explained so the community probably figures stuff out together while they play.
If you want a team based survival world with lifesteal vibes then this server is made for that kind of gameplay.

Victory Valley is a Minecraft server that is all about MOBA style PvP. It feels like a classic MOBA but inside Minecraft and it is pretty cool if you like team fights and strategy.
Right now the server is in beta and they really want players who are ready to test stuff and give feedback. There are three main game modes. You can play 5v5 for full team battles. You can play 2v2 if you like smaller clutch fights. There is also ARAM where everyone gets a random champion so every match feels different.
There are 18 champions in the beta at the moment. More champions are planned later but first they want to balance the game. The focus is to get more people into 5v5 and 2v2 so they can see what needs to be fixed or changed to make the gameplay better.
You do not need any mods to join so it is easy to hop in and try it. The whole server feels like it is still growing and the players who join now can really help shape how the game turns out.

This server is called ChillSMP and it is on Season 2 right now. The world is fresh so everyone gets a new start which is super nice if you hate joining late.
The server is a survival SMP that is chill but also kind of competitive. PvP is on and fights are supposed to be fair. You can make teams with up to 5 players so you do not have to play alone.
They say it is creator friendly so it is good if you like to record or stream. There are clear rules and there are no cheats allowed. They also do not allow crystal PvP and no elytra PvP so combat is more normal and easier to understand.
The staff is active and they seem to care about keeping the server fair. If you want a calm place to play survival and still have some competition this server feels like a good option.

Victory Valley is a Minecraft server that tries to feel like a real MOBA game. It has 5v5 2v2 and ARAM so you can play big team fights or smaller matches.
The server has matchmaking for 5v5 and 2v2 so you get ranked games. There are ranks like Coal IV and Iron I. When season 1 starts only the matchmaking ranks will reset. Your total kills deaths and favorite champion will stay on your profile page.
Right now the server is in beta. They already tested full 2v2 games. They really want more people to join and help test 5v5 matches. If there are not enough players for a full 5v5 they plan to announce playtest times.
It feels like a place for players who like competitive PvP and want a MOBA style experience inside Minecraft.
