There are a bunch of Create addons plus other mods that help with performance and exploration. You also get a minimap and world map so it is easier to travel and find cool places.
Createverse is still pretty new so there is not a lot of progress yet. That makes it feel like a fresh adventure where you are not behind everyone else. You can claim land and make parties so your builds stay safe.

There is a claim system so your builds are safe. You do not have to worry about someone breaking your base. PVP is allowed but only outside of claims so if you want to fight you can and if you do not then you can just stay in your claimed area.
