I found FreeLife SMP S3 and it is a vanilla Java SMP. It is semi anarchy so you get a lot of freedom but there are still some rules and they are posted in the Discord.
The server has voice chat installed and it can hold up to 200 players. It is averaging around 5 players right now and they are trying to get more people to join.
There is a rule about the mace because the owner dislikes it. The mace will be craft banned for three days so people have a fair chance to get going. The server opens at 3:30pm EST and the owner is trying to make videos on the server too.
