VW Reloaded is a long running Minecraft server that has been up for over 10 years and it does not reset the world. The whole point is that your builds and farms and progress are supposed to last so it feels like a real home.
It has Survival and Skyblock. People on here build big bases and huge farms and also do serious redstone projects. There are custom mechanics but it is not trying to be confusing.
The vibe is calm and more mature. The community has a lot of veteran players and there is active moderation to keep builds safe. It is meant to be grief free so you can focus on steady progress instead of starting over all the time.
