Crafters Universe is a new Minecraft Java survival SMP that is meant to last a long time. It is built for people who like exploring building and having a stable simple server with a real community.
The world uses Terra generation so the terrain and biomes feel more interesting than normal. There are also separate vanilla resource worlds so you can gather materials without ruining your main home area.
It has a bunch of features like better fishing mining and farming plus advanced enchantments and skills with mobs. You can do BreweryX jobs and quests too.
The server also has grief prevention with extra claim flags so your builds can stay safe. There are backpacks elevators silk spawners mob catching and mob stacking. There are skulls for decorating and even chat games with emojis. They also have helpful commands like to do earn rank info and rank progress.

I found a new Towny server called GamerHub Towny and it is built around towns and a small friendly community. The big thing is it has no resets so your builds can stay.
Griefing and stealing are not allowed so it feels safer to play. A lot of the players are from Oceania and the US and people are ready to help new players.
It has ingame ranking that uses ingame money and it also has Dynmap so you can see the world. There are player warps and player shops plus a sell only server shop. It also has Jobs and MCMMO.
It usually has a few players on but it gets more active when the owner streams and it can hit 8 or more online. The server supports version 1.21.10 or similar and it also has a Bedrock port.

Iperios is a survival multiplayer server where players can build nations and level up skills while getting ready for war. You can make your own nation with your own government laws and ranks or you can join a nation that is already running.
The geopolitics part is a big deal here. There are resource camps in game that can be conquered and they become your first income for geopolitical resources so your nation can expand. There are also lots of resources and buildings you can create and the server has info and support for how it all works.
