Spugunke is a vanilla survival server that has been running for about 3 months. It supports 1.21.11 and you can join on both Java and Bedrock.
The community is friendly and they really want new people to show up. If you like building exploring grinding pvp or just chilling you will fit in.
They have been dealing with low activity lately so they are inviting everyone to help bring the server back to life. There is also an End fight event going on so it is a good time to jump in and play.
I found a new public Minecraft server called Craftwards and it is made to be simple and competitive. It tries to be fun for casual players and for people who like PvP.
It has Survival mode and a BoxPvP mode so you can grind and also fight. The server is new so the early players can get ahead and help shape how the community grows.
It supports cracked and premium accounts and it also has Java and Bedrock crossplay. It is EU hosted so it should feel smooth for EU players and it says it can be good for Asia too.
Right now the community is small but growing and they want active players who will build fight and stick around.
