From what I saw the world is survival and the owners are just a group of friends. They added a few small quality of life things like only 40 percent of players need to sleep. Leaves decay faster so you are not just staring at trees. There is a simple voice mod and a dynmap so you can see the world.
They also have stuff like re dyeable dyed blocks and player and mob head drops. You can use cauldrons to make concrete and mob grief is reduced so your builds are a bit safer.
The server is only for adults and it is meant to be a cozy relaxed community. There is no teleport and no pay to win so people are supposed to play fair and legit. If you want a simple survival world with a small chill group this server is aiming for that.

Ranks are all based on playtime. Everyone starts as a Nomad and then gets promoted to Peasant and then to higher ranks like Artisan and Noble for more commands and more sethomes. You can join on Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.10. They say 1.21.10 is the best version to use so stuff does not break. The world border is huge with two million blocks so there is a lot of space to explore and hide.
There are no map resets and no teleport commands so travel actually matters. There is no pay to win at all. Griefing and PvP are fully allowed so you really have to watch your back. The only special command is spawn so players who go super far away can still get back to other people. The nether roof is allowed and phantoms are removed. Also only half the players on the server have to sleep to skip the night.
