I found a small semi vanilla SMP that is in testing right now
The plan is to fully start in about a week so it feels like a good time to get in early and be part of the first group

Back To Blocks is a new Vanilla plus SMP that tries to keep Minecraft simple and fair. It is made for people who want a forever world without pay to win stuff and without crazy modpacks.
It has quality of life changes like death coordinates in chat and item and ender links in chat. Phantoms are optional so you can turn them on or off for yourself.
The server also focuses on performance with dynamic view distance based on load and faster leaf decay when you chop trees. Mobs scale with how many players are on and there are per player mob caps so other people do not ruin your farms.
Travel is easier with sethome and spawn. Warps can be unlocked through voting. Building gets extra tools like armor stand editing invisible item frames custom player heads map signing so maps cannot be copied and item displays on signs for shops or museums.
They are planning an End event next week so it is a good time to join and gear up. Ranks are cosmetic and quality of life only and some things can also be earned by voting.

They plan to properly start in about a week so it feels like a good time to get in early and be ready when it opens.

This is a small whitelist survival server that is getting members before it even starts. The vibe is mostly vanilla and it is aimed at PvP but it still tries to be fair to builders.
There is a rule that you do not kill people while they are building and you do not grief builds that are meant to look nice. So you can fight but you are not supposed to ruin peoples stuff.
It runs on 1.21.11. There is simple voice chat. There is no tpa and no big changes from normal Minecraft. They might add one or two quality of life features if the players vote for it.
Stuff like rules and the world border will be decided together with everyone.

I found a Minecraft server that is looking for people to join.
There is not much info posted about what modes it has or what rules it uses. It mostly feels like a simple invite for anyone who wants to hop in and meet others.

I found a simple white listed vanilla server that is on the latest Bedrock version.
It has no mods and no fancy spawn so it feels like normal Minecraft with other people.
The vibe is friendly and you join by filling out a quick application in their Discord.

StellarMC is a relaxed survival server that started as a friend group and turned into a friendly community. It sticks close to vanilla and keeps things simple with just a few quality of life changes.
The server is whitelisted so it feels safer and more tight knit. Griefing and cheating are not allowed and fair play is taken seriously.
It is hosted in Europe and runs on version 1.21.11. The world resets every 6 months so players get a fresh start and things stay balanced. It also supports both Java and Bedrock so more people can play together.

The server is planned to properly start in about a week so it feels like a new beginning for anyone who joins early.
It is meant to stay close to normal Minecraft survival so it should feel simple and chill with a small group vibe.
