If your city grows to 7 inhabitants, then you receive the status of Mayor, and with it a team donation and a kit CityBuild. The server has an adequate private size, enough to seize a large piece of land for yourself and build both a small province and an impregnable fortress. Spawn is the capital. In the capital, like in any other city, you can rent/purchase a plot or building, usually commercial buildings like a store.
