LoungeSMP is a growing SMP that tries to keep survival feeling classic while still being fun and community driven. It feels like a place where people actually talk and play together so it is easy to make friends and just hang out.
The gameplay stays vanilla style but adds some quality of life stuff. PvP is toggleable and it starts off by default. Keep Inventory is on so dying is not a big setback.
There is a player economy with a shop plus jobs and player shops. You can also use warps to get around. The world does not reset so your progress keeps meaning something.
They also run weekly events like Spleef and Parkour. Staff is active and they keep working on updates.
