You can create or join a nation then build a government and political system with other players. People do diplomacy and make deals or they betray each other when it helps.
PvP matters here because wars get declared and territory can change hands. The economy and trade are part of the struggle too since controlling money and resources can decide who wins.
It runs on 1.21+ and it supports crossplay. The server says it has structured progression and it does not do map resets so what you build and conquer is meant to last.
