I found this server called NvizionMC and it is a simple crossplay survival smp. It works on both Java and Bedrock so more people can play together.
The server is focused on a chill survival world. There is a claim system so you can protect your base right away and not stress about grief. There is also a server economy with a shop so you can earn money and buy stuff instead of grinding every single block.

This is a Bedrock only whitelist SMP that is on season 2. It is built to feel kind of like Hermitcraft with a smaller and close community.
The server runs on hard difficulty and keep inventory is turned on so you can do big projects without losing everything. There are land claims to protect your builds and griefing is not allowed at all. They want people who already know how to follow normal rules and be respectful.
The world is hosted on a private dedicated server and the map is huge so everyone can spread out and build mega bases. Some players already have really huge and complex builds. If you want the world files or the server structure for your own builds they will share that with members so you can keep your stuff for later.
