I found this Minecraft server called Anarchy Network and it is a semi anarchy survival world that tries to stay close to vanilla. It launched on October 11th 2024 and it runs all the time. This is a survival pvp server that has been running since 2011 and the map has never been reset. There is a ton of history and old builds and a lot of long time players still around.

CaveMC Season 2 is a semi anarchy survival server where the whole overworld is underground. There is no normal surface at all.
