RegionsSMP is a seasonal survival server that is still in alpha. It is a work in progress and stuff is being tweaked so it is not the final product.
Players get split into two teams and you pick a side. Then both teams fight over regions across the map over about a month. When you claim a region it gets protected from the other team unless they own a region right next to it. That makes a lot of back and forth fights and a big warzone feeling.
The server owner treats it like a passion project and wants to improve each season. It is war and PvP centric but they also want room for different play styles. Custom builds can be carried into new wars as protected builds and new features and changes are expected often.

Sunset Retreat is an EU based seasonal SMP for players who are 18 and up. It is made to feel chill so you can relax and play without the chaos.
It stays close to vanilla but adds a few quality of life things. There is voice chat. There are mob and player heads. It also has Bedrock compatibility and a Pl3xMap so you can look at the world.
The server uses a diamond economy with player run shops. The owners are active and they actually play and keep up with updates. It is whitelisted and the community is welcoming and inclusive.GG.MINEWIND.NET New Server IPWild West Fabric Farmers SMP 1.21.1
This is a new Minecraft server that runs on Java and uses Fabric on version 1.21.1. It is a modded server and you have to use the modpack to join. The world feels like a wild west place with magic and a bit of tech mixed in.
There are a lot of farming mods and food stuff. There are also seasons and survival mods that make the game harder and more interesting. You can find cool gear and upgrades and there are new structures and places to explore in the Nether and the End.
The server is whitelisted and you have to join the Discord but you can mute almost everything except the info channels. The community wants people who are not homophobic or transphobic. If you are a bigot you will get banned.
Griefing is allowed so you have to be careful. There are land claims traps and a bounty system so when you mess with people there can be payback. Duping and x ray are not allowed. The server is pretty new and they want more people to come help grow the world.GG.MINEWIND.NET New Server IP
