I found Lumi Hardcore and it is a hardcore survival SMP where survival actually matters. The vibe is calm and cozy until you mess up.
It is one life only. If you die you get sent to spectator mode and you stay there until the next reset. There are no revives and no second chances.
The world resets every 60 days with a new seed each season so everyone starts equal. It stays mostly vanilla but it has some extra stuff for building and quality of life like Jake’s Build Tools DecoPlus FurniCraft VeinMiner and a tree vein miner.
There is optional proximity voice chat using Simple Voice Chat so you can talk to players near you or stay muted. It supports Minecraft 1.21.11 and Java and Bedrock can play together.
