Turtle SMP is a new modded survival server with a smaller tight knit community. It is trying to make it so players get a real say in how things run.
They do polls for almost every server change and rules so it feels community made. There is also a suggestions and support setup so if something bugs you or you have an idea an admin or owner should answer fast.
The server restarts every 1 to 2 months and the mods get changed up based on what the community recommends. If you like fresh starts and helping shape the server this one is worth a try.
