The main idea is players making the story. People form alliances start wars and build lore together. It sounds like the server wants big community moments and ongoing rivalries.
They are looking for volunteer staff like helpers and moderators plus admins. They also really want developers for plugins and improvements and a content team for promos and events. Asset creators are welcome too for things like skins textures models and cosmetics.
