Ultimate Hardcore is a Hardcore SMP where death is permanent and that is the whole point. There are no map resets and no revives so once you die you are done.
The world is massive at 300000 by 300000 blocks. PvP is on everywhere and raiding and griefing are allowed too so you always have to watch your back.
It stays close to vanilla but it has a few plugins that make Hardcore feel bigger. I saw player heads and you can loot a dead players Ender Chest. It also has Simple Voice Chat and deep stat tracking plus some extra quality of life stuff.
Players form alliances and take land and start wars then it all falls apart when people finally die. Nothing is scripted and the history is made by the players. It runs on version 1.21.11.
