I found this server called HoneySMP and it just opened so the whole world is brand new. The map was generated today so every place you explore feels untouched and you can actually claim good spots for your base.
The server is survival and it uses a player economy where you rent trade halls at spawn. Players control the market by trading with each other and setting their own prices so it feels like you can really try to dominate the economy if you grind.
There are custom daily quests and rewards so you always have something to do each day instead of just mining all the time. The server also has jobs plus some unique cosmetics so you can earn money and look different from other players.
They have random teleport so you can get out into the wild fast and find a place to build. The version is 1.21.1 and higher for Java so it runs on the newest Minecraft update. The world is fresh and the community is just starting to grow so it feels like a good time to join and get ahead.
