I found a vanilla anarchy server that runs with no rules so players can do whatever they want.
It is on version 1.3.2 and it uses only official jar files. Nothing is patched so it feels like the real deal.
The server can update every week and players vote on it. It is trying to go through every official server version including snapshots and even the april fools ones.
