United Lands is a Towny Earth SMP where players build nations on a 1 to 500 scale map of the real world. It feels like a mix of survival building and politics where people fight wars or make alliances and shape big empires.
There are seven different jobs you can level up and they have skill trees so you can progress in your own way. If you grind enough you can unlock powerful Masterwork Armor and cool upgrades like more sethomes or even flying inside your town. The economy is fully run by players. There are no admin shops. Instead people use player warps to make their own stores. Some shops focus on selling tons of items while others have the best prices so you have to explore and decide where to spend your money or become a shop owner yourself.

Mappercraft is a survival server with light roleplay where players make their own nations and fight for power on an earth style map of Southeast Asia.
From what I saw you pick any place you like and staff mark it as your settlement. Anything you build around that point is protected by them and they can roll back grief if you reported your claim the right way.
You can merge settlements into a full nation and then do diplomacy with other nations. People make alliances or go to war and sometimes it turns into big total destruction battles for land.
The server feels close to vanilla because staff handle most systems and there are no big gameplay changing plugins and no mods required. They only use some small plugins like fast tree chopping better minecarts no creeper damage no phantoms and a plugin that puts images on maps.
There are also server events and competitions every now and then where you can win rare items that are hard or impossible to get normally. Players are also allowed to host their own events whenever they want.
