Makeshift Hoops is a DIY basketball project founded by a group of basketball enthusiasts who wanted to bring the game to underserved communities. They create and install makeshift basketball hoops using recycled materials in public spaces to provide opportunities for people to play and enjoy the sport. Their mission is to promote physical activity, team building, and community engagement through basketball.
