TerraCraft is a newer geopolitical Earth server where players build nations and fight over land. It is a towny style world so you can claim land and grow your own country with friends.
The server has no mods at all. It just uses plugins and resource packs so there is basically nothing to download. You can join fast and start playing right away without worrying about a big setup.
The staff run regular events to keep things active. Players can join in and be part of what is happening in the world instead of just grinding alone.
There is a custom bot that connects Minecraft chat to discord. People in discord can see when players join and see the chat so it feels like one big community.
The server runs on Minecraft Java 1.21 so if you are on that version and want a nation and land conquest type server this one fits really well.

This is a small modded survival server that only uses three mods so it feels close to normal Minecraft but with some cool help.
The mods are mainly for harvesting. There is a mod for ore harvesting and one for tree harvesting and one support mod that makes them work together. It is not a crazy modpack and it is easy to understand.
The server is survival so you can go explore mine and build how you like. You can use any resource packs you want so your game can look how you like.
Anyone can join and age does not matter. New players get starter stuff so you can go play right away and not feel stuck at the beginning.
