I found a brand new whitelisted semi vanilla survival server that is trying to feel friendly and relaxed. It is meant to be grief free and cozy so you can play at your own pace without stress.
Java and Bedrock players can join together so friends on different versions can still play.
It has an economy with player shops and player warps. There are land claims to help keep builds safe and the staff is active so rules get enforced. Griefing is not allowed.
