This is a fresh Java survival server that is about 2 weeks old and it stays focused on PVE. It started as a small group of friends and now it has a chill community with around 6 to 9 active players.
It runs as vanilla plus on Fabric but you can still join with a normal vanilla client. The world has Terralith for cooler terrain and there are quality of life changes like fast leaf decay gravestones backups and claiming so your stuff feels safer.
There is also a live map and optional proximity voice chat if you use the mod. They might set up a central shopping district later and they do not use any currency mods.
The server is not for profit and they say they will never sell advantages or ask for money.

Pixel Springs is a cozy modded SMP on 1.20.1 that is meant to be long term and it never resets. It feels made for builders collectors and anyone who wants a chill place to play.

I found Anarchy.ae and it is a long term vanilla survival world where you can do your own thing. The map does not do seasons and it does not reset so stuff can actually have history.
It is semi anarchy so there are no claims and no land protection. You can get into conflict and your base can be found. It is still moderated so it stays playable and fair and not just a grief only wasteland.
It is not pay to win and there are no kits or store advantages. It supports both Java and Bedrock and they try to keep crossplay fair by blocking certain exploits and unfair movement.
