This server is called Blockyard SMP and it is starting Season 2 with a full reset so everyone gets a fresh start. It is still mostly vanilla with no gameplay changing mods so it feels like regular Minecraft.
The cool part is the kingdom system. Everyone joins a team that acts like a guild and each team controls its own district in the main kingdom area. You work with your team to build and organize your part of the world.
There are different teams with different jobs. Explorers handle the nether hub nether highways roads outside the kingdom and finding structures like the End portal and ocean monuments.
