I found a server called Beakscraft and it is trying to bring back old school factions but without the toxic vibe. It feels more about building and growing with people instead of wiping each other out all the time.
The factions style here is focused on no raiding and non PVP play. People are meant to build towns and bases and even whole faction cities. You can also make farms and set up shared resources with your group.
There is a chest shop economy so players can sell stuff and try to run the best deals. The server also says it is not pay to win. It is new so it is a good time to join early while community areas like a shop hub are still being built.
It runs on Java 1.21.11.
