I found a freshly started Minecraft server running 1.19.2 with the Origins mod and a small vanilla plus modpack.
It is whitelist on so it feels more private and more chill. They are aiming for a small tightly knit community where everyone can fit in.
The server started last week and they say everybody is welcome.
