Twilight Sanctuary is a survival server that really cares about community. It is made for players who want to meet new people and actually talk and build together. The owner wants everyone to feel like they belong and that their opinions matter.

The server is running on Paper and is in the U.S. It is mostly vanilla with a few small quality of life plugins so the game still feels normal. It is for 18 plus players only so the community is older and more relaxed.

There is a diamond based economy kind of like hermitcraft so diamonds are important for trading and shopping. There is also a resource world so players can gather blocks without ruining the main world. You can see the world with a live Bluemap and it supports both Java and Bedrock so more people can join.

The world border is smaller on purpose so bases end up closer together and players see each other more often. The owner listens to player feedback a lot. If someone has a cool idea for the server they try to make it happen.

There are many events planned and not just the usual ones. There are also random pop up events so when people are online there is often something fun happening. The server has been running for over two months and there are still tons of projects and things to do. It feels like a growing community that wants more friendly players to join.

This server feels like an old school vanilla world that never really stopped. The world started in 2011 so you can find really old terrain and ruins and then run into newer areas if you explore far enough. Spawn is in an ocean biome so you have to swim or use a boat just to even find land which makes the start feel like a little adventure.

The gameplay is mostly pure survival with just a few datapacks that make life easier. You can set homes with triggers and warp back to spawn and you can have up to 10 homes. There is nothing extra that changes terrain or adds crazy items. Sometimes player heads and mob heads can drop when you fight which is fun to collect.

The community is a small group of long time friends and most players are in their mid twenties or older. People are mostly from the US with some Russian and Polish speakers too. The rules are super simple. Treat people with respect and do not try to crash the server. Besides that almost anything is allowed so griefing and hacked clients are okay if you still respect others.

The server is always running the newest Minecraft snapshot so you get new features right away. It feels relaxed and unstructured and it is good if you just want to play classic survival with a world that has a lot of history already.

This is a new SMP that started not long ago and it has a cool idea. You can either join the normal pvp side or you can declare yourself peaceful. Peaceful players cannot be griefed or stolen from and they are not part of the pvp scene.

The server runs in hard mode and has a world border from minus 4k to plus 4k. It uses custom terrain generation with tectonic and terralith and all the chunks are already preloaded so exploring feels smooth.

There are a bunch of quality of life tweaks. Only one player needs to sleep to skip the night. Minecarts go super fast at 90 meters per second and use the new experimental physics. You can sit on stairs. Enderman and ghast griefing is turned off and phantoms are disabled.

You can silk touch spawners and also silk touch amethyst buds. Ender pearls are disabled so movement feels different. The server uses purpur software to run everything.

If you like survival with some custom changes and the option to stay peaceful this server feels like a good mix of calm and danger.

FoxCraft SMP is a survival server where Java and Bedrock players can actually play together in the same world. It runs on Fabric and uses special tech so Bedrock can join which is pretty cool.

The server is mostly chill survival and is made for long term worlds and big projects. It has custom terrain so the world looks different from normal Minecraft and you can explore new looking biomes. There are also custom mechanics and some small changes that help with quality of life and keep the game feeling fresh.

The community feels friendly and it seems like people who like building exploring or redstone can all find something fun to do. Staff are active and there are events and story type things that happen on the SMP so it is not just a quiet world with nothing going on.

There is also a bit of an anarchy side to the server so it is not totally safe and perfect. That makes it better if you like some chaos mixed into survival while still having a normal community to hang out with.
