This is a Minecraft server called Split SMP and it runs big civilization style events.
Every month or two they start a new season with a different twist. For Season 4 they are doing a Maze Runner inspired event. Players get split into four different teams and the whole thing happens over 7 days so it feels really intense and fast.
In past seasons they had around 150 to 250 players and now they are trying to hit 500 players for this season. Over 200 people already applied so it seems pretty active and busy.

Ironbark SMP is a hardcore style survival server where every death really matters. It is semi vanilla so the game still feels like normal Minecraft but with some smart changes that make it more intense.
The main thing is the custom deathban system. When you die you get banned for 1 hour and it doubles every time you die again. There is a monthly global reset and if you manage to survive 48 hours the last increase gets cut in half. So staying alive is super important and planning ahead actually matters.
There is mcMMO and some reworks to food and survival. Mushroom stew heals 3 hearts. Cake gives extra absorption hearts for a while plus resistance and has a cooldown. Totems are disabled so you cannot just cheat death with a totem. This makes fights and exploration feel way more scary and fun.
Ranks are based only on playtime and they do not give gameplay advantages. They are just for looks and status so it stays fair. The whole idea of the server is smart survival cooperation and real risk. It is looking for more mature players who like challenge and a strong community.

StarFrost is a semi vanilla survival server that is all about drama and conflict and power. It is not a cozy place and it is not a chill build and vibe world.
The world has a border so everyone is pushed close together. Towns pop up right next to enemies. Alliances do not last forever and everyone remembers what you did.
There are no land claims and no world protection. Everything is enforced by players. If your town survives it is because you defend it. If it gets destroyed that is on you.
On this server you will see clan politics and betrayals. Towns form and then fall apart. People raid each other and go for revenge and hold grudges. Deals are made in private and then broken in public.
The server has a hard cap of 35 players so there is no huge crowd. You can not hide. Your name actually matters and people will remember you.

This server is called CollideCraft Season 3 Time Zero and it feels really intense. You crash in a broken world and nothing is easy at all. The dimension is messed up space is tight and resources are hard to find so you actually have to fight to survive.
It is a semi vanilla SMP with lite lore so it still feels like normal Minecraft but the story and world are a little twisted. Time does not feel right and the environment is unstable so you always feel a bit on edge.
There is lifesteal so every fight actually matters. People can form alliances and factions so you never know who you can really trust. Players also get to choose some of the plugins so the community helps shape how the server plays.
They run frequent events and the owner says there is more hidden under the surface so it sounds like you discover stuff as you go. It really feels like a place where survival is earned not just given.

This server is called Jimmys SMP and it is a semi vanilla survival world. It started in December 2025 and it feels like old school Minecraft but with a few helpful commands.
The server is all about the players and not about ranks or donations. There is no pay to win stuff and no server currency. You trade and barter with other players if you want gear or resources. The whole economy is made by the community.
There are very few plugins so the gameplay feels close to normal Minecraft. You still get things like tpa and home just for convenience. It is not about making you super powerful. It is more about saving some time.
