I found this server called 99b99t and it is a full anarchy world. There are no rules at all and the whole point is chaos and survival. You just join and try not to die.
The server runs on Java and supports versions from 1.12.2 up to 1.21.11. It is always online 24 7 and the difficulty is set to hard so mobs and players both hit really hard.
The world is brand new so the map is not destroyed everywhere yet. Players can still make their mark and build bases or traps or whatever they want because there are no limits and no restrictions.
If you want a place where anything goes and you are fine with getting griefed and killed over and over this server is exactly that.
