ArcticMC is a brand new survival server that mixes Towny and factions so you can build a town team up with others or try to take and hold your own land.
PvP matters here but it is not just random chaos. They use an honor system for fights and they explain it in their Discord rules.
You can level up with McMMO skills while you play like mining combat and more. Once you level stuff up you can unlock special abilities.
The world uses Tectonic generation so the terrain looks super realistic with big mountains and valleys. They also have custom items like furniture and it is entity based so they plan to limit it per chunk to help with lag.
