I found a brand new Minecraft server called Take Out and it is a no rules kind of place. It is set up with zero admin intervention so players basically run the whole vibe.
It is on version 1.21.11 so you can join on that. If you want a server where anything can happen and nobody steps in this one is trying to be that.

I found a vanilla anarchy survival server that is all about being raw and unrestricted. It is an open world where you can do what you want and nobody steps in.
There are no rules and no pay to win stuff. There are also no gameplay changing plugins so it stays simple and classic.
The world has no resets and there is no land protection. There is no teleporting either so you have to travel the real way.
Pvp is on and griefing and raiding are allowed. It is open to everyone with no whitelist so you can just join and start playing.
