This server is called MistyMC and it is seriously pure vanilla. There are no teleport commands and no pay to win stuff so everyone has to actually play the game. You mine and build everything yourself and it really feels like classic Minecraft.
The world is long term and they do not reset it all the time. So if you grind for two months your progress will still be there. It is a real grind but that is kind of the point and it feels worth it when you finally get good gear and cool bases.
They let both Java and Bedrock players join which is nice because you can play with more friends. The community feels pretty inclusive and people seem to play fair and respect each other. I found this server called CompleteVanilla SMP and it is a fully vanilla survival world. It just started today so everyone is still early in the game and you do not feel super far behind.

This is a wild Minecraft server called 1fighter2defenders or 1f2d. It is a survival server with no rules and no map resets. The world has been running since 2021 so it is over 4 and a half years old and has already had thousands of players join at least once.
